I've been following Alton Brown's advice about coffee and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I really can make good coffee. So far I've been using packets of ground, vacuum-packed coffee, but today I discovered that there's a coffee roasting company in Ybor City that sells freshly-roasted beans retail. Perhaps on a lunch break this week I'll dash over and pick up a bit of it.
