I wanted COGITO, but it's taken. C0G1T0 isn't taken, though, and suggests digital intelligence at the same time.

But these Harry Potter-themed plates make me wonder if I mightn't just pick a fanboy plate instead...

It's not just Hillsborough County (Florida) that has been making ridiculous decisions.

Broward County has rejected a very funny video of "We Are Family" featuring SpongeBob, Bear, Arthur, Barney, Muppets, and more -- apparently because the message that we are all family is too controversial.
