Life imitates satire
Mar. 25th, 2007 10:02 amYesterday, Jodi was bored, so we began watching a documentary starring Al Gore's laptop. We paused it halfway through to take a drive of over 100 miles just for entertainment.
(Originally, we were trying to get to St Pete for "Music and Lyrics" at 7:55, but at 7:54 we were still trying to find parking, so we drove around St Pete for a while, then took the Skyway back and forth, and US 19 up to SR 60, where we had dinner before driving home.)
I'm hoping the documentary will have some suggestions on where to live once global warming disrupts rainfall patterns and floods Florida. A warmed-up Tennessee might be a good choice... maybe I should take a road trip to check it out.
