The public version of the update is that today's appointment, to put it diplomatically, gets to go first in Double Jeopardy!. It's very frustrating, but nobody is in harm's way.

I would suggest meditation since it got me off Ritalin but that takes time to train yourself which you don't have. Hang in there...

Call your Tampa doc and get your records to your new doctor by next Tuesday. Nothing like having pressure from a superior to make a trainee look bad.

Now, now, you do things like this and the doc's going to get you on the wrong meds real fast:

No, he really isn't. And antidepressants *have* been used successfully to treat (other people's) ADD; I just find the methylphenidate/amphetamine stuff more effective and less side-effecty.
