Didn't Napster truly "do" better when they were illegal than they ever did since they became legal? or was their original incarnation a smoke cloud and didn't actually make any money? is this further proof crime pays? (I wouldn't call Bear Sterns and Lehman's root causes "illegal", but they were probably indeed the result of morons. Didn't ANYBODY use their thinking cap on this "affordable mortgage" crap?)
