sylvarI'm listening to it now. It's pretty good; I've never heard Jay-Z's
The Black Album, and I've heard the Beatles' White
Album several times. The Beatles are subtext; their lyrics never
seem to show through at all. (Even when it would be appropriate, such as
the storyline of "Rocky Raccoon".)
Mainly, I'm just standing up to say it's worth a listen, even if the
record labels are trying to sue it out of existence. I trust my readers
to find it if they're curious.
