E-mail Is Not The Web

...except in our director's office. Bless his heart, he's usually quite savvy, but he figures that since everyone else is sending out HTML emails that look spiffy in Outlook, he ought to start doing the same. So he's asked our web guru to whip up a template for the purpose.

We've already shown him the 7 reasons why HTML email is a bad thing and he keeps asking for the template. It looks as if we may have to actually do it.
