Today's experiment

1c+2Tbsp milk
2c bread flour
1c rye flour
4tsp fresh minced garlic
1tsp salt
1.5tsp sugar
2Tbsp butter
1.5tsp yeast

It's in the bread machine now, on the 'whole wheat' cycle in case it
doesn't rise far enough otherwise.

I added about half a cup of flour by hand after the dough seemed too wet. I over-kneaded and forgot to add more yeast, so it was tasty but dense.
