Wanted: Great boss.

TBLC's executive director is retiring, so we're hiring a new executive director. We do some amazing, groundbreaking stuff, and I'd like to work with someone who has at least as good a grasp of how to manage creative/geek types as Diane Solomon has. If you like the idea of leading us, but you're not sure about this "managing creative types" stuff, here's a great introduction.
