Adding exercise to your day is the easiest way to do it. And since I've never met you and know very little about you, I'm sorry, but there are lots of friends-only posts I would not want to show to someone I know so casually.
I have to get one of the tickerfactory thingees.. that rocks.
What are you doing to then down? I know as a diabetic or a borderline diabetic they don't recommend the Atkins stuff (unhealthy anyway), so I'm curious to what yer doing as I'm thinning down myself :)
I'm trying to "eat healthy", whatever that means, and exercise (my goal is 45-60 minutes of exercise where my heart rate is around 145). Just not eating like an idiot has helped a lot.
