that picture is really up. see, living much closer to the equator we are used to everything being sideways, espeically in summer when we are even closer to being truely sideways that when a southerner goes up north they can't acclimate that quickly to a more true vertical position and so they tend to slant sharply to maintain equilibrium. this causes photographs to be taken sideways. happened to me a couple of years ago when i went to milwaukee. heck, most pictures of me i'm so sideways i'm lying down, in the snow no less!
