Washlet has got to be the best Flash site I've ever seen:
- Its design is very clean (ha ha)
- It uses human faces in a friendly way (some of them actually seem to be looking right back at you when you look at them)
- It presents a six-category navigation scheme in a way that's literally self-explanatory and omnipresent
- It does a great job of explaining a product that serves a function one doesn't usually discuss like this

Also, I think this site is more LOOK HOW SLICK OUR FLASH IS! rather than content. I never really learned much about their products, even though I could view each from three sides with a cool mouse rolly thing. And yet I couldn't see any product open, nor a close-up of the controls, nor any pics or animation demonstrating the products in use. I only got a short list of each's features, and no price range (like a MSRP for guidance).
Personally, I think THIS Flash is more effective than Washlet's, and for an equally delicate subject. :)
