I have a Tampa phone number on my cell phone. What's the cheapest way to get an Atlanta phone number ALSO, so that I can receive calls at either number?

With Cingular (which no longer exists), it was Impossible, because Seattle and Chicago were separate markets, with separate billing, so the two numbers couldn't be for the same phone, or even on the same family plan. Meh.

Cingular sucks so hard that even though they don't technically exist, they still suck.

ah yes, add cellular phone service vendors to the list of topics not to bring up unless you want heated argument ... I have had three cell phones on cingular with zero problems, whereas T-Mobile was awful...
