This is SO weird. With my noise-canceling headphones turned on, and with the cord hanging north-south, I can hear radio signals from Star 94.

Not very noise canceling, are they?
When I first moved to LA, with a certain phone, I would pick up one of the radio stations through my phone constantly. Drove me nuts. After about a year it stopped.
