Congratulations! I need to get to work looking for a place for us. Our lease ends in December, which we've found is a truly sucky time to look for a place. I'm thinking it might be worthwhile to try earlier.

I don't know about your budget, but there are a few houses in the 1900 block of N. Decatur, which might be convenient.
