Fortunately, this actually WILL be my job pretty soon. We're going to install a filter eventually, and the first part of that is to run it in monitor-only mode so that I can see what it's trying to block (so that I can put legitimate sites onto the whitelist before we go into actual censorship mode).
But my favorite quote was that Hicks said he had [to] keep abreast of what was on the Internet...
