Well, in Hamlet, he was ranting to Ophelia about women wearing makeup (as a part of the whole "they can't be trusted" thing where he's venting his anger at his mother to his poor ex-girlfriend). I don't quite see how that applies to you, unless the fortune cookie gods didn't like your Halloween costume.
