Has anyone got a copy of the MySQL 5.0 Certification Study Guide I could borrow? I didn't realize there was a certification program, and there's a job posting that requires the certification. I'm guessing I could study the book and take the exam locally (walk-in), and have my certification. Even if I didn't get this particular job, I'd still have the certification.

Of course, if I get the book from Amazon, I'd also get a certificate that reduces the exam cost by $50, so it's probably worth it... hmm, why don't a bunch of you do your Christmas shopping early through that link so I can get kickbacks enough to pay for the book? Thanks in advance. :)

My problem is there are too many people certified without any knowledge, but that's from an interviewer's take. I've interviewed too many people who are "qualified" by their cert, but otherwise can't do much or done much.

That said, I have no db certs and no knowledge of dbs :-)
