What tv shows teach the ins and outs of personal finance like HGTV teaches about home ownership? Recommendations wanted.

I think CNN CNBC and Fox have call in type money and investing type shows. I would start with the local library or the web though. CNBC's personal finance show is called "In the Money." URL is here:
