Phone blasts for last-minute changes in plans

I think Call-Em-All is a pretty cool idea. When I was working at TBLC, this would have been great for times when we needed to inform 80 customers quickly that the power has gone out and our offices will soon close. I guess I'd use it now for last-minute planning... or a party at a mystery location to be revealed half an hour before!
