None of them is getting federal funds for captioning, although these are:

• FOX National News


• The Fountainhead, Turner Classic Movies

• Great Generals Series

I always find amusing when older episodes of Space Ghost Coast to Coast (http://www.adultswim.com/shows/spaceghost/) list the U.S. Department of Education as a funding source. The kids have to learn about CHiPs somewhere...

From what I've seen most programs have a commercial sponsor for CC transcription, or it's provided by some charity other than the Feds.

So where do you look these up?
