dunno if anybody answered your question, but "je (ne) m'ennuie pas" would most likely mean "i'm not bored" or similar such, depending on context.

Nobody had; thank you! The context is this song, full of revolutionary fervor and poor-rage, so I doubt boredom would concern little Gavroche. :)
