Yup, that's the place. Good coffee, cheap veggie-and-cheese pasta, good (but not cheap) Greek pizza.

Oh, no! I've enjoyed that place since, um, well before Katie was born! I'm so sad :-(

Even if they did take penerles off the menu. (I'm sure I butchered the spelling, but it was a Greek calzone-ish thing with a fried egg on top.)

Well, if I were in that family, I'd imagine that the business is worth a lot more if it stays open. Close it and your assets are intellectual property (recipes and menu and logo and name), and maybe some used kitchen equipment. Keep it open and you've also got a devoted clientele and trained employees.
