Fortuitous timing for Eisner, that's all. He's been courting the Hensons since 1990 (or whenever the Muppet Vision 3-D attraction opened in Orlando).
Not sure the shareholders will appreciate it, though. Eisner purchasing characters instead of developing them in-house isn't the Disney way-- and the Pixar experience shows Eisner can't even do that right.
