I thought I invented the name myself, from Elvish 'silivren' and Latin 'silva'/English 'sylvan' (and a refinement of Silver Foxx, an earlier handle from the first bicycle I bought for myself, a Schwinn Silver Fox, how retarded is that?), and I was really pissed off when a Lucas licensee used it as the name of a female Cathar Jedi.

But according to some Google research, it dates to a 1989 Forgotten Realms/DC Comics collaboration, and I might have just *remembered* the damn name... now this is going to keep me tossing and turning for a while.
