How'd that happen?

Just lucky, I guess. Jodi and I are going to the USF gym this weekend, but I haven't made time to exercise all week. Lucky, and not eating like an idiot all the time.

By the way, Cold Stone Creamery's sinless fat-free sugar-free Splenda "ice cream" is technically edible, but I wouldn't recommend it. Not unless you cover it with gooey sugary stuff, which misses the target.

That sinless stuff sounds really dreadful...

Oh it is. Been there done that. It's funny, though, how I actually got excited to see it when it came out at a Stone Cold near me, simply because it meant I could act normal and buy "ice cream," and then how incredibly disappointed I was when they took it away again. All this despite the fact that it simply tastes like crap.

Awesome! I like to treat myself with things like sugarfree pudding..because you can't mess up pudding. Your weight-loss tracker is inspiring, I can't even go near a scale (so we don't have one) because even though I feel like I'm slimming if I get evidence that the weight hasn't changed I'll stop going to the gym and participate in self sabotage. Take care and be well, boyo.

Sometimes your weight will just "coast", like riding a bike downhill.

Which is good, because it sucks having to ride uphill all the time.
