Is anyone else disturbed by the news that major ISPs have agreed to accept government blacklists? Naturally, they're using child pornography as the excuse:

And if these ISPs actually pay an employee to check every single site on the list to make sure they're not just uncritically accepting arbitrary censorship from the government, I'll star in 2girls1cupand1sylvar.

I'm terrified.

I wonder what will happen to their common carrier status from the DMCA...

So, the obvious questions about precedents and slippery slopes aside, does the Center for Missing and Exploited Children have a procedure anywhere for people to review the blacklist to see if their site has been included as a false positive? Or appeal an inappropriate blacklisting? I'd hate to see good abuse recovery sites blocked because someone decided to populate the blacklist with keyword-search results, rather than with human-verified kiddie-porn sites.
