When I worked in a bookstore I sold more romance novels than anything else. The second most popular books were get-rich-quick and lose-weight-without-exercising guides.

Because of this, I won't be working in a bookstore again. I'll admit, I was naive. I thought I'd be surrounded by readers and intellectuals.
